My name Dave Storm and after 25 years of working for large and small players within the hospitality industry, and successfully led complex turnarounds within chain and individual properties, I founded IMPACT Hospitality in 2024.

In my latest postion, I was Managing Director for Theme Park and Resort Slagharen and initiated, led and monitored the execution of a strategical development project. Slagharen is the 3rd largest resort in the Netherlands and welcomes over one million visitors annually.
